Information on notarial services while overseas.

The Consulate-General processes requests for notarial services on documents intended for use in Singapore. We generally do not perform notarial functions on documents to be used in a country other than Singapore, unless it is required by the local authorities.
The notarial services include:
Certify true copy of documents
Information on the type of documents the Embassy can certify and the requirements.
Legalisation/Apostillation of documents
Information on legalisation and apostillation of documents.
Witnessing of signature
Information on witnessing of signature for affidavits, statutory declarations and other documents.
