Certify true copy of documents

The Embassy can certify true copies of public documents issued by the Singapore Government, such as birth/ death certificates and marriage certificates. Other Singapore documents may be legalised at the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL).

You are required to bring along the following:

• the original document, and

• a photocopy of the document

• your original, valid identity document such as your passport or NRIC, and

• any other supporting documents

(The original document must be seen and compared with an exact photocopy of the document)

Fees: SGD 2 for certification + SGD 2 for marking of true copy per page + SGD 0.30 for photocopy of each page (if applicable) (in equivalent RMB)
