DPM Teo co-chaired the 5th China-Singapore Forum on Leadership with Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Minister of the Central Organisation Department Zhao Leji on 10 April 2015.  This year’s Forum was held at the China Central Executive Leadership Academy in Jinggangshan, Jiangxi province.

DPM Teo delivered the opening remarks at the Forum.
