INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) FOR THE PROVISION OF SECURITY GUARD SERVICES AT THE CONSULATE-GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN XIAMEN
The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Xiamen would like to invite interested vendors to submit a quotation for the provision of security guard services at our premises for a period of two (2) years from 5 July 2025 to 4 July 2027, with an option to extend for another year from 5 July 2027 to 4 July 2028.
2 Interested vendors are to email Consul (Administration & Consular) Ms He Juntong at he_juntong@mfa.gov.sg for a copy of the ITQ documents. Any enquiries related to this invitation may also be directed to Ms He Juntong.
3 Interested vendors may arrange with Ms He Juntong at he_juntong@mfa.gov.sg or +86-592-268 4697 for a site visit to our premises.

5 The closing date and time for the quotation submission is Wednesday, 12 March 2025 at 1200hrs local time. Quotations received after the closing date and time will not be considered.
6 The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Xiamen will publish the award notice on its bulletin board.
