Consular services
The Singapore Consulate-General provides consular services to Singaporeans visiting/residing in China. In addition, it can process and issue visas to non-citizens who wish to visit Singapore.

Singaporeans who require urgent consular assistance after office hours, should contact the respective Duty Officers of the relevant Singapore Overseas Mission in China.

The Consular Section of the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Xiamen is open from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm from Mondays to Fridays. Please book an appointment here before arriving at the Consulate-General.
